I also make house calls! During an interactive Pantry Makeover you (and your family) will learn how to read nutrition labels and identify foods within your home to consider replacing with healthier versions. Before we are done you will have a customized shopping list so you can easily replace your family favorites with delicious, and healthier alternatives.
